PfSense Live CD Installer Overview
PfSense is a m0n0wall derived BSD based OS which has been designed to act as a firewall platform. Though it is derived from a well known m0n0wall project but it has something rigorously different goals for example using free BSD technologies and Packet Filters. pfSense can be used both as a router and a firewall. It includes the inbound and outbound load balancing. A Virtual Private Network (VPN) is also included in it.
